To realize this video Olimje we visited twice. In summer, green fairytale landscape is ideal for walking or cycling, often from deer grazing and enjoy the comforts that the small community of Olimje offers bars, restaurants, swimming pool, spas, golf. Built in the 11th century, the castle in 1658, was bought by Ivan Protonotary Zakmardy Zagreb, who gave it to the friars of the Order of St. Paul Lepoglava. The Pauline monks adapted the castle to the needs monastic build a beautiful baroque church and a pharmacy richly frescoed considered the oldest in Europe after Paris and Dubrovnik. In 1990, the castle was entrusted by the state to the diocese of Maribor and the Franciscan Friars of the Order of Friars Minor Conventual have revalued each year to offer welcome thousands of pilgrims and tourists from all over Europe to pray to St. Francis Xavier.
